By accessing or using Billify ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Billify is a cloud-based invoicing and payment management platform designed for small businesses and freelancers. The Service allows users to create, send, and manage invoices, accept payments, track expenses, and generate reports.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating your account:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

For payment processing services provided through Stripe or PayPal, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send fraudulent or deceptive invoices
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Billify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
